Conditions for Participation
Minimum Content and Format Requirement
• Tender Form, completed, signed and scanned.
• Details to substantiate capabilities to undertake Grounds Maintenance, which should include but not limited to:
- business capacity;
- experience of the business in this type of work;
- evidence of relevant licences or qualification;
- advice of previous contracts with DHA; and
- at leaset 2 recent referees for similar works.
• All in PDF, Microsoft Office 2003 and/or compressed (zipped) in & quot;.zip" format only.
• Responses, including all attachments and supporting data, must be in English.
Timeframe for Delivery
Contract period will be for two years with a further option period of one year plus one year.
